I've lived the role you're in.

For 15 years I led strategy and operations at Google — through re-orgs, scaled global programs, and the kind of relentless pace that quietly costs you. I got certified as an Energy Leadership coach because the leaders around me (and I) needed a way to perform without disappearing into the work.

I'm not a coach who read about your world in a book. I sat in it. That's the difference clients tell me they feel in the first session.
